How do I get started with Chawkup?

Download the app from the App Store, create an account, and start tracking your workouts! We'll guide you through the setup process when you first launch the app.

How do I log a workout?

Tap the "+" button on the home screen, select your workout type, and enter your results. Your data is automatically synced across all your devices.

Can I track multiple types of workouts?

Yes! Chawkup supports CrossFit, strength training, cardio, and custom workouts. You can track anything from WODs to running to Olympic lifts.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, find Chawkup, and select "Cancel Subscription." You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from within the app by going to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Alternatively, email us at support@chawkup.com and we'll process your request within 7 days.

Troubleshooting

App won't load or crashes:

  • Make sure you're running the latest version of the app
  • Restart your device
  • Check your internet connection
  • Try reinstalling the app

Data not syncing:

  • Check that you're signed in to your account
  • Verify you have an active internet connection
  • Force-quit the app and reopen it
